In most cases, your process produces substances continuously, 24 hours a day, which unfortunately cannot be processed or disposed of at the same rate with the risk of a buffer of accumulated material occurring. Bio-Dynamics in-situ concrete storage tanks are ideal for safe and clean storage of digestate for your anaerobic digestion system, but also of drinking water, waste water or fire water, or dry materials such as grain.
Manure, sludge and digestate
A slurry storage tank of 1 million liters is usually built within a week by our teams: from the invert to the top of the wall. The slurry silos are cast in HSR concrete (high sulphate resistance) and meet the high requirements of the inspection authorities. The manure processing plants are built in a practical and simple way in heights of 4, 5 and 6m or more.
Chemicals, process water, drinking water
Thanks to their circular and seamless design (without vertical joints or spacers), Bio-Dynamics concrete tanks are ideal for storing clean products, water or process water, as well as drinking water. The concrete silos made by Bio-Dynamics are monolithic and self-supporting. No need for extra support when underground tanks are required.
