Bio-Dynamics’ know-how has enabled it to become a major player in the biogas business, both for agricultural methanisation units and for industrial installations.
In an anaerobic digestion system, manure or other organic waste is converted into methane gas. After purification his gas can then either be fed directly into the natural gas network or converted into green electricity via a generator. The generated gas or green energy can then be sold to the local gas or energy supplier. The waste is fermented without odor or pollution in a series of tanks. In-situ concrete tanks are the sustainable and high quality solution for the construction of biogas projects.
Agricultural methanation
In the agricultural sector, the majority of the bio-methanation units built are units designed on a farm scale. Manure, the main input, is often supplemented by other substrates available on the farm (maize, chaff, plant waste, etc.).
The construction of digesters and post-digesters for bio-methanation is part of Bio-Dynamics’ core business.
As an expert in this field and always at the request of the manufacturer or assembler, BioDynamics adapts its offer and builds concrete digesters both for micro-methanation units and for larger installations from 100 KW to S00kW.
Industrial methanation
The construction of digesters and post-digesters for industrial applications is also one of Bio-Dynamics’ main areas of expertise. These units are developed exclusively for large-scale energy production, from S00kW to 10MW and more. They are fed with all kinds of inputs. If required Bio-Dynamics can also advise the customer on the piping and pumps, wooden roof, cladding, pressure and vacuum valves, diaphragms, diaphragm level (patented), paddle mixers (patented), mixers, biogas motor and generator, combined electricity/heat production, controls and equipment, feeders, dryers and auxiliary equipment.
