Water purification is not merely a matter handled centrally by governments. Many industries have processes that produce polluted water and must therefore implement water purification processes directly on their industrial sites.

Smaller tanks can be constructed quickly and easily using Bio-Dynamics formwork. An acid-resistant coating can be applied to the formwork before the concrete is poured. A concrete roof can be poured over these tanks to prevent the nuisance of rising odors. We can also provide an opening in the cover plate for the introduction of incoming material. This hatch can be fitted with a lid.
Aeration tanks
Aeration basins are the most important features of wastewater treatment plants. For economical construction, the basins of a wastewater treatment plant are circular and usually built at a height of 8 to 10 m for efficient oxygen uptake. Furthermore, a concentric construction is more favorable for the combined oxidation and removal of nutrients.
